We start by collecting various types of plastic wastes, from different sources. We collect in two ways: through aggregrators and direct pickups from businesses, activity centres and households. Our minitrucks goes to different pickup points to collect.

Sorting

In this stage, we separate and categorize the different types of plastic materials based on their characteristics. This process is crucial to ensure that plastics can be effectively processed and recycled into new products.

Baling

The baling stage of recycling plastics involves compressing and packaging collected plastic materials into compact, uniform bundles known as bales. This process facilitates transportation, storage, and handling of plastics, optimising logistics for recycling facilities and downstream manufacturers. Baling reduces the volume of plastics, making them easier to manage and transport.
